UTAH BIKE MONTH
May is National Bike Month
Participate in Bike Month by joining the Move Utah Bike Month Strava Challenge, playing Bike Month Bingo, using a Bike Month Zoom background, or by simply just getting out and riding your bike.
The benefits of biking more are far reaching and include improved health, a stronger economy, and an increased overall quality of life. By participating in Bike Month, you are helping to foster active, healthy and connected communities.
And remember to always ride safe by:
· wearing a helmet
· obeying the traffic laws
· riding in the same direction as traffic
